Return Policy

1. Overview

This Return Policy applies to products and services purchased from Clearprfiltering through clearprfiltering.ddd. We aim to handle all return and refund requests fairly and in accordance with Finnish consumer protection law.

2. Digital Products

Digital products include the Route Blueprint Kit (PDF templates) and downloadable portions of the Sensory Ledger Workbook. Due to the nature of digital delivery:

• Refunds for digital products are available within 14 days of purchase if the files have not been downloaded or accessed.
• Once digital files have been downloaded, refunds are generally not available unless the product is defective or materially differs from its description.
• To request a digital product refund, email info@clearprfiltering.world with your order confirmation and reason for the request.

3. Physical Products

Physical copies of the Sensory Ledger Workbook and other printed materials may be returned within 14 days of receipt under the following conditions:

• The item is unused and in its original packaging.
• The return is initiated by contacting us at info@clearprfiltering.world within 14 days of delivery.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds for approved physical returns are processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Coaching Sessions

Archetype Assessment Sessions and other coaching appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled under the following terms:

• Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session receive a full refund or free rescheduling.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
• No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for a refund.

5. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective product or an item that differs from your order, contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.

6. How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return or refund request:

• Email info@clearprfiltering.world with your name, order date, product name, and reason for the return.
• Include your order confirmation number if available.
• We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions or refund confirmation.

7. Refund Method

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times depend on your bank or payment provider and typically take 5–10 business days after approval.
